When will my order ship?
Processing times vary by piece. Made to order items are items where multiple size options are available + are not made prior to purchase. These items take time. Please expect up to 2 weeks for made to order items until ship date (though your order may ship sooner, made to order pieces average between 5-7 days until ship date.) Ready to ship or already made items are listed by size. These items take 3-7 days to ship, depending on order date.

What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted. Conditions of return are as follows:
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and ship item back within 14 days of delivery.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged: final sale items, custom or personalized orders, digital downloads, sale items, or intimate items (for hygiene purposes).

Can I exchange my item?
Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us about your exchange and ship the item back in the 14 days following your delivery date. Return shipping fees as well as reshipping fees of the new item(s) are the responsibility of the buyer. The new shipping fee will be sent to buyer via private listing and upon payment, the new item will be sent out. Final sale items cannot be returned.

Can I send in an item to be dyed?
At this time, this is not a service we can offer. All pieces are hand dyed and while not often, there is space for human error. We wouldn't want to make an error on an item sent in. If there is something we can purchase to dye for you, please reach out!

Can I rush my order?
Processing times on orders can be “rushed” for purchase on a case by case basis. Please reach out if you need a faster processing time. Expedited shipping can be purchased at check out.
